Party Planning Committee

STM PTO leadership team takes responsibility for recruiting and scheduling parent volunteers to the Party Planning Committee (PPC). In a typical year, the PPC will work together to plan and host a Halloween Party, Christmas Party, and Valentine’s Day party in each classroom.

Important: Party Planning Committee Requirements:

All PPC Parents who serve as Party Coordinators and/or Party Helpers are required to complete the Diocese of Rockford's Safe Environment requirements. 

Party Planning Committee Roles

Party Coordinator

Each classroom party will need one parent to serve as the Party Coordinator.

The Party Coordinator should:

2. COMPLETE the Diocese of Rockford's Safe Environment Program. 
3. Read the job description in the Party Planning Committee Information.

Party Helper

Each classroom party will need 3 parents to serve as Party Helpers.

Party Helpers should:

2. COMPLETE the Diocese of Rockford's Safe Environment Program. 
3. Read the job description in the Party Planning Committee Information.

Party Baker

                Each classroom party will need 1 parent to serve as Party Baker.

The Party Baker should:

2. Read the job description in the Party Planning Committee Information.
3. COMPLETE the Diocese of Rockford's Safe Environment Program only IF they will also be in the classroom as a Party Coordinator/Helper.
